About 25 months, 1 ROLUX, and one KEI truck later I can finally say I’m dominating the neighborhood haha. Currently cutting at .9”. Never did any type of seed. Just stuck to the process of mowing frequently, fertilizing once a month, and trying my best to water 1 inch a week.
